These photos were very inspirational photo's from Quadrophenia, a popular film which shows the fashion trends and the lifestyle of the mods which our band incorporates. During the 1960s there was the massive change with the 'youth culture' which paved the way for all the sub cultures that stand today. We had to use the fashion of the mods to appeal to our target audience.
The person on the far right of this photo wearing the bucket hat is Manny from The Stone Roses which are a similar band with their British mod style which is different to the mod style of the 1960s and we thought to incorporate old and modern.
This was very inspirational and we asked Callum to watch the Blur 'Parklife' video for inspiration and so we could get him in to the role as the main singer. We wanted to base him on the lead singer of Blur in this video and this screenshot inspired us to make Callum our lead singer to become like Damon Albarn, the lead singer of Blur.
